Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@moonflowr.com with your order details.

After 24 hours, the order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the case of defective or damaged products. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@moonflowr.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

CREDIT NOTE

In the event of returns, we issue a credit note equivalent to the value paid of the order. Credit notes have a validity of 6 months and are redeemable only on website purchases. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds. 

 

CANCELLATIONS 

In case of cancellation, please mail us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order. A credit note of the full order value will be mailed to you, with a validity period of six months.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is flat INR 2500 anywhere in the world. Delivery timeline is approximately 3-4 weeks. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 



Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.

Exchanges are available if there is a sizing issue with your purchase. You can also exchange one product for another of equal value. [Size Chart]
