Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

All orders within India are processed and shipped within 8–12 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the shipping address and external factors (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays).

International Shipping (Outside India):
International orders are delivered within 12–15 business days.
Customs clearance procedures may cause delays, which are beyond our control.
Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices are inclusive of tax.

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each moonflowr piece. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the Moonflowr pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note. If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we've missed a spot and you'd like to exchange them, you can write to us at Info@moonflowr.com within 7 days of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the pieces. They may request further information/photographs to assess your return request.
